Front Desk Receptionist

The Carpet Guys is seeking an  Front Desk Receptionist at our Troy, MI headquarters. Full time opportunity works Five shifts. Shifts are currently 1 pm – 6 pm 3 days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) and 8 am – 5 pm on Thursdays and Saturdays with Tuesdays and Sundays off. This Full time position offers a full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Life, Critical Illness and 401K).

This valued position assists customers both in person and over the phone. Navigating customers needs, assisting in booking appointments, directing customers to the proper channel to resolve issues as well as administrative work including supporting our accounting department and other departments as needed.

Administrative experience is required. Great phone etiquette as well as Microsoft office including word and excel needed. Light accounting background a plus.
